Welcome to People Space Online (“People Space”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Job Listings
Employers and recruiters may post job listings on the Platform. By posting jobs, you agree that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings and any consequences arising from misleading, false, or unlawful information.
3. Job Applications
Job seekers using the Platform agree to provide accurate and truthful information in resumes, profiles, and application materials.
People Space Online does not guarantee employment opportunities, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of job listings posted by employers. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence before engaging with employers or opportunities.
4. User Content
The Platform may allow users to upload or submit content including resumes, profiles, cover letters, company details, and job listings (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant People Space Online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Harass, intimidate, or abuse other users
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without permission
- Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Platform Modifications
People Space Online reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
We may also update features, services, or pricing where applicable.
8. Disclaimer
People Space Online serves as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee job placement, employer legitimacy, or hiring outcomes.
Job seekers should never send money for job applications or recruitment processes through the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, People Space Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
