PEOPLE SPACE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (PSCG)

Version 1.0 — Effective Date: 30th November 2025

These People Space Community Guidelines (“PSCG” or “Guidelines”) govern the use of the People Space Online platform (“People Space”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including all services, websites, applications, communication systems, and related tools operated by People Space Online.

By accessing or using the Platform, all users agree to comply with these Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, permanent account termination, removal of content, or legal action where necessary.


SECTION 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.01 — Scope

These Guidelines apply to all users of the Platform, including:

  • Employers
  • Recruiters
  • Job Seekers
  • Agencies
  • Organizations
  • Service Providers

1.02 — Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Platform, users agree to these Guidelines.

1.03 — Enforcement

People Space Online reserves the right to investigate violations, request verification, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access where necessary.

1.04 — Updates

These Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.


SECTION 2 — ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

2.01 — Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, truthful, and updated information at all times.

2.02 — Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and activities performed under their accounts.

2.03 — Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, manipulate listings, or abuse the Platform is prohibited.

2.04 — Account Sharing

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared with unauthorized individuals.


SECTION 3 — PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must not:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Create fake jobs or fake profiles
  • Impersonate individuals or companies
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automation without permission
  • Promote scams, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

Any serious violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.


SECTION 4 — EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Employers must:

  • Post accurate and genuine job opportunities
  • Clearly communicate job requirements and compensation
  • Maintain professional communication with applicants
  • Avoid discriminatory hiring practices
  • Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality

Employers are strictly prohibited from requesting:

  • Registration fees
  • Training fees
  • Interview payments
  • Deposits or upfront money from job seekers

People Space Online does not tolerate scam jobs or fraudulent recruitment practices.


SECTION 5 — JOB SEEKER RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Seekers must:

  • Provide truthful resumes and qualifications
  • Apply professionally and responsibly
  • Avoid spam applications or fake documents
  • Respect employers and recruiters
  • Report suspicious activity immediately

Job Seekers should never pay money for job opportunities through the Platform.


SECTION 6 — COMMUNITY STANDARDS

All users must maintain:

  • Respectful communication
  • Professional conduct
  • Non-discriminatory behavior
  • Ethical interactions

Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or intimidation are strictly prohibited.


SECTION 7 — PLATFORM MISUSE

Users may not:

  • Manipulate rankings or visibility
  • Create fake reviews or testimonials
  • Circumvent suspensions or restrictions
  • Abuse platform systems or communication channels

Attempts to bypass enforcement actions may result in permanent bans.


SECTION 8 — PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Users must:

  • Respect the privacy of others
  • Avoid sharing confidential information without consent
  • Not collect or distribute user data unlawfully
  • Comply with applicable data protection standards

Unauthorized scraping, exporting, selling, or misuse of user information is prohibited.


SECTION 9 — HONESTY & TRANSPARENCY

All users must operate honestly and transparently.

Employers must clearly disclose:

  • Salary information
  • Work conditions
  • Job requirements
  • Work location and schedule

Misleading advertisements or deceptive conduct are prohibited.


SECTION 10 — REPORTING & INVESTIGATIONS

Users may report:

  • Fraud
  • Scam jobs
  • Harassment
  • Fake accounts
  • Abuse or misconduct

People Space Online reserves the right to investigate reports and temporarily restrict accounts during investigations.

Retaliation against users who report violations is prohibited.


SECTION 11 — VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE

People Space Online may request verification documents including:

  • National IDs
  • Company registration documents
  • Proof of business ownership
  • Compliance certificates

Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension or termination.

Submitting forged or manipulated documents may lead to permanent removal from the Platform.


SECTION 12 — CONTENT & COMMUNICATION RULES

Users may not post:

  • Explicit or abusive material
  • Discriminatory content
  • Fraudulent advertisements
  • Misleading job opportunities
  • External spam promotions

People Space Online reserves the right to remove violating content without prior notice.


SECTION 13 — PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL PROTECTION

Job seekers are never required to pay:

  • Registration fees
  • Application fees
  • Recruitment charges
  • Interview fees

Employers and recruiters requesting payments from candidates may face immediate account termination.

Premium service fees offered by People Space Online will always be communicated transparently.


SECTION 14 — SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Users must not:

  • Hack or exploit Platform systems
  • Use malicious scripts or software
  • Interfere with system performance
  • Bypass security restrictions

Suspicious activities may result in temporary restrictions during investigation.


SECTION 15 — LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

People Space Online does not guarantee:

  • Employment outcomes
  • Hiring success
  • Accuracy of all third-party content
  • Continuous platform availability

Users are responsible for their own hiring, application, and communication decisions.


SECTION 16 — FINAL PROVISIONS

16.01 — Entire Agreement

These Guidelines represent the complete agreement regarding acceptable use of the Platform.

16.02 — Severability

If any section is found invalid, the remaining sections shall remain enforceable.

16.03 — Non-Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

16.04 — Survival

Privacy, security, confidentiality, and enforcement obligations remain effective after account termination.

16.05 — Right to Modify

People Space Online may revise or expand these Guidelines at any time.

16.06 — User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
